Commissioning is where a project becomes a system — and where every shortcut taken upstream becomes visible. APARA's commissioning engineers are the same people who wrote the design: we know what the system is supposed to do, and we test until we can prove it does. Structured testing, clear documentation and formal sign-off protect both the asset and the people operating it.

Verify every instrument loop end-to-end against loop drawings.
Relay test
Test and verify protection relay settings per coordination study.
Functional test
Execute functional tests against FDS acceptance criteria.
Energisation
Managed first energisation of MV/LV systems with safety oversight.
SAT execution
Site acceptance testing for SCADA, PLC and DCS systems.
Integration test
Verify signal exchange and interoperability across systems.
Punch list close-out
Resolve all outstanding items before handover.
Handover documentation
Complete as-commissioned records and final sign-off.
